For the second, we spent the start of this business comparing published spec sheets instead of sales decks, and then committed to a single manufacturer rather than carrying whatever had the best margin that quarter.
We do not keep a good-better-best lineup, because a good-better-best lineup means we are willing to put the “good” one on somebody’s house. Every Halo install is the same system at the same spec, whether your roofline is 80 feet or 400.
Anyone can publish a lifespan number. The specs that actually decide whether a system still looks right in year eight are the connectors, the ingress rating, and whether there is a redundant data line. bluEmber uses threaded metal connectors, seals to IP-68, and runs a backup data wire. Most competing systems do not do all three.
The manufacturer warranty covers the LEDs for life. That is their commitment, not ours, so here is ours: if something on your roofline is not right, you call us and our crew comes out. We do not hand homeowners a claims number and step back.

bluEmber’s best-selling spacing, and the one most of our Clovis and Fresno installs use. Reads like traditional holiday lights when you want it to.
Less color blending between points, so individual lights stay distinct.
The track is the part that has to disappear. Which profile your house gets depends on what it actually has under the roof edge — a flat soffit, an angled one, a narrow one, a drip edge, or no soffit at all. This is decided at measurement, and it is the single biggest reason an install either reads as trim or reads as hardware.

Corrects for the angle so the lights still face straight down.

Paired with standard track where the soffit is under 1 1/4".
Lights sit at a 45° downward angle off a drip edge or wall cap.

The track itself is color-matched to your soffit during the measurement visit. That is the step that decides whether the system disappears in daylight or outlines your house in visible hardware, and it happens before anything is fabricated.

Not as a number — no roofline in Clovis or Fresno needs it. It matters as headroom. A system that tops out at 600 or 800 lights can leave you needing an entirely second system to add a detached garage, a patio cover, or a back elevation later. This one will not.
Each fixture runs independently, and the run carries a redundant data wire, so one failure does not take down everything downstream of it. The defective part is covered under warranty and we come replace it.
